We encourage patients to check with their insurance company for specific coverage details before their appointment. This includes the specific co-payments and services covered by your insurance plan. If you have specific questions, please contact one of our offices to speak directly to a staff member. We verify your insurance coverage before the appointment and will let you know if there is an indication of gaps in coverage.
While the patient is responsible for understanding insurance coverage, we are happy to assist patients by working with insurance companies. We also offer a range of convenient payment options, including personal checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), and Flex Spending/Health Savings Account cards when permitted by the employee’s Human Resources benefits. This flexibility is designed to make your financial experience with us as smooth as possible.
