So professional and helpful when navigating the MassHealth prescription glasses options. I was surprised to find they run specials and discounts as well as several customizations (I frequently need my eye height adjusted). Don’t forget to fill out the application and make an appointment ahead of time.

They are very friendly. The students are awesome and patient. The doctors are very friendly. Great place for your eye care!

Purely medically speaking, they provide good care, but dear god, navigating that labyrinth of a number while trying to set up an appointment or even to ask an eye care related question is basically an exasperating ordeal. PLEASE simplify your customer care process, people. And employ friendlier, less intimidating front staff.

I was about 15 min early to my appointment, and after checking in with the front desk I was seen right away. I think I waited a maximum of two minutes. What really stood out to me was how kind all of the staff are here - and I had the best experience with Dr. Dorling! She was very professional but also incredibly kind. I started feeling a bit faint during my appointment and she went above and beyond to help and make sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Even with that happening the appointment was super quick lol

VerifiedMy exam went really well. The staff was patient and friendly, they answered all my questions and listened to my feedback. I was the last appointment of the day, but I never felt rushed. I got a new prescription and picked out a great pair of new glasses. I couldn't have been happier with the visit.
